Priyanka Patel is a Geriatrician, Internal Medicine MD provider with Mid Atlantic Long Term Care. She received her undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MCCS) from Gujarat University/B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad, India.
She did one year of Internal Medicine residency training at New York Medical College (Brooklyn-Queens), Jamaica, NY and two years of Internal Medicine residency training at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, NJ. She moved to Virginia where she completed her Geriatric Medicine fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System, Richmond, VA.
She holds her license to practice Geriatrics Medicine and Internal Medicine through Virginia Board of Medicine. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine by American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). She has practiced medicine in the Hampton Roads area for the last 10 years. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, reading, and traveling.
