Craig Toxey, MD is local to the Virginia Beach area. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Virginia Wesleyan University, and a M.A. in Biological and Ecological Sciences from Old Dominion University. After this he earned both a M.S. in Clinical Embryology and his Medical Doctorate at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where he also stayed on to complete his Residency in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Toxey is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
He has practiced in the Hampton Roads area throughout his career in a variety of roles including outpatient primary care, inpatient hospital medicine, and post-acute care.
In his spare time, Dr. Toxey enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and music.
