Sean Regan along with Melissa Klepk are very responsive and helpful. Sean makes my daily needs simple to be met. He is always willing to teach and to learn. Sean and Melissa are two of the best to do it.

Dr. Haji and Holly Whiting, NP are both very responsive to the needs of our community. It is a good feeling to know that if a situation arises, whether it be medical or administrative, they are only a phone call or text away.
Dr. Haji willingly shares his expertise in areas of need and does not mind educating us on what his experience has been or what different communities are doing in certain situations, such as COVID pandemic. He is kind and compassionate with residents. Dr. Haji is an incredible resource and his trust in us is priceless.
Holly Whiting, NP is the best! She is here without fail every day of the week and is always open to discuss residents and treatment plans with the team to provide a plan of care that is suitable for the resident and family. She is responsive to texts or phone calls even if it is after hours and she is not on call. Holly is great with the residents as well, she is kind, caring and compassionate.January 5, 2023
Dr. Robert Walters, Nathan Davenport and Naomi Myrick are all exceptional healthcare providers. Their professionalism, customer service and prompt responses are so appreciated. Working with Mid Atlantic, to include Laura Manner, has been a wonderful experience. Brookdale Chambrel looks forward to a long lasting partnership.

Sean Regan is the best! His knowledge, dedication, dependability, and responsiveness are unsurpassed. He is approachable and will take the time to listen. My staff and residents feel free to express concerns and ask questions because Sean will always take the time to respond and engage. He genuinely cares about his patients.

I have been impressed with Heather Mitchell's thorough approach to care for the residents on her caseload. She does an exceptional job of reviewing the records when they are at the hospital. Mid-Atlantic has been helpful in providing foot care/wound care, psychiatric services. We have been able to rely on their assistance and it has been helpful.

Cindee Hawkins is awesome!! I am very lucky to have her here in my facility. She does a great job with our residents and family members. Dr. Petitjean has been great also. She is very good at explaining the palliative care concept to our families and residents along with our staff. We have been in need of their service for a long time.
Overall, it's Cindee Hawkins that cares for our residents. She goes above and beyond all the time and we could not do this without her.January 5, 2023
MALTC Providers are great. They tend to all of our needs whether on call or not. They are pleasant and help educate staff on why changes occur. Dr. Haji, Dr. Erdman, Latara Harris, and John Rowe are great with our residents and staff. Latara is very thorough and just a pleasure to work with. We feel very comfortable asking her questions. We value her opinion on issues. They all allow me to contact them with emergencies without complaints. We really enjoy having them as part of our team.

Heather Mitchell is very good. She reviews charts ahead of time and knows of residents before she gets here. She attends to their needs and talks to staff for observation. She is "well loved" by residents. She is very kind, listens, does not feel hurried and calls POA as needed. It's a pleasure to work with a team of health care professionals who are consistent and knowledgeable of their residents. Thank you.

I have the best providers at my building. They are always helping me, love our residents and take my calls. I am very satisfied. Shout out to Holly Whiting FNP, Sean Regan FNP. They make my life so much easier and are always willing to assist.

Dr. Haji is a very knowledgeable medical director. He listens to a concern snd helps us problem solve. He always tells us how good of a job we are doing.
Sasha Lee is very reliable. Knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding. She listens to all concerns of staff and residents. She addresses all issues in a timely manner and will assist when needed. She educates the staff when we need the extra assistance or change of residents' condition.
NP John Rowe - He is very good with our residents. He takes the time to listen to what they say. He does very well with med adjustments and GDR and seeing the residents when needed.

We feel the best decision we've made regarding our Medical Director was going with Mid Atlantic. Dr. Hatch is wonderful to work with and is always available. He never hesitates to offer services when needed and works with our Resident Care Director - We are very thankful! It's a great partnership!

Dr. Hatch and Gilda have been a blessing to our residents. Both providers are very friendly to our residents, take their time and give them 100% of their attention to each and every resident they treat. Dr. Hatch and Gilda always accept with a smile any add-ons we may have for them when it is their day at our community. They also teach us something new each time they are in our community. They are here to stay!! We would be lost without these two wonderful providers.

I have been a fan of Mid Atlantic since 2008, when I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Hajimomenian. He was awesome in every sense of the word. He not only mentored young nurses, but was very supportive. Later on I met Sean Regan. He was the best thing since sliced bread. He made your day a piece of cake when he comes to your community, and lastly but certainly not the least, Stephanie Mills. My goodness, she was a breath of fresh air. Her knowledge of things. Her customer service with residents and families. Her patience with every person she comes in contact with.

Working for MALTC has given me my life back. I love what I do as a palliative care physician assistant in the long term care facilities. And I am free to go home everyday and work in my yard and home without being completely drained of energy.

We truly appreciate our Medical Care Team. Dr. Haji is always available if I need to speak with him. Our NPs are here daily and as stated above, I can contact them anytime without issue or attitude. Together we are able to manage issues and care for our residents!

I have been very impressed with Dr. Haji and how accessible he is to us. When we have had concerns during COVID he has helped us navigate. Dr. Haji is an amazing Medical Director! He is very responsive and easy to consult with. He is always willing to share his knowledge, respectively. MALTC’s NP is a great asset to the care team. Overall MALTC is a great care team with Dr. Tadros leading the way. He is available when we need him. Our Nurse Practitioner is always available and willing to take that extra step and time to help us. Mid Atlantic Long Term Care’s triage nurses are task oriented, and it doesn't matter how busy they are, they make sure our needs are met!

I have been with MALTC for a year and a half. Our group provides coverage to such a large area however; any time I reach out for assistance from a colleague, I receive a timely and friendly response. I have been able to work with some of the most amazing residents as well as facility staff whose focus is doing what is best for the residents. I am biased, but our office staff is excellent at ensuring our practice runs smoothly and I couldn’t practice without them. I am very blessed to have a job that allows me the time and flexibility to care for my aging parents as well.
