Our communities we serve range from throughout Hampton Roads, up to the Eastern Shore, throughout the Peninsula, and the surrounding Richmond area.       Dr. Haji is a very knowledgeable medical director. He listens to a concern snd helps us problem solve. He always tells us how good of a job we are doing.
      Sasha Lee is very reliable. Knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding. She listens to all concerns of staff and residents. She addresses all issues in a timely manner and will assist when needed. She educates the staff when we need the extra assistance or change of residents' condition.
      NP John Rowe - He is very good with our residents. He takes the time to listen to what they say. He does very well with med adjustments and GDR and seeing the residents when needed.

      MALTC Providers are great. They tend to all of our needs whether on call or not. They are pleasant and help educate staff on why changes occur. Dr. Haji, Dr. Erdman, Latara Harris, and John Rowe are great with our residents and staff. Latara is very thorough and just a pleasure to work with. We feel very comfortable asking her questions. We value her opinion on issues. They all allow me to contact them with emergencies without complaints. We really enjoy having them as part of our team.
