Mid Atlantic Long Term Care offers a full spectrum of post-acute services to patients in facility-based settings such as Skilled or Post-Acute Care, Long Term Care, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living, Group Homes, and Continuing Care Retirement Communities.

Our communities we serve range from throughout Hampton Roads, up to the Eastern Shore, throughout the Peninsula, and the surrounding Richmond area. Our locations include Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Newport News, Hampton, Nassawadox, Parksley, Gloucester, Poquoson, Yorktown, Lancashire, Kilmarnock, Windsor, Williamsburg, Richmond, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, North Chesterfield, and more.

      Dr. Haji and Holly Whiting, NP are both very responsive to the needs of our community. It is a good feeling to know that if a situation arises, whether it be medical or administrative, they are only a phone call or text away.
      Dr. Haji willingly shares his expertise in areas of need and does not mind educating us on what his experience has been or what different communities are doing in certain situations, such as COVID pandemic. He is kind and compassionate with residents.  Dr. Haji is an incredible resource and his trust in us is priceless.
      Holly Whiting, NP is the best! She is here without fail every day of the week and is always open to discuss residents and treatment plans with the team to provide a plan of care that is suitable for the resident and family. She is responsive to texts or phone calls even if it is after hours and she is not on call. Holly is great with the residents as well, she is kind, caring and compassionate.

      MALTC Providers are great. They tend to all of our needs whether on call or not. They are pleasant and help educate staff on why changes occur. Dr. Haji, Dr. Erdman, Latara Harris, and John Rowe are great with our residents and staff. Latara is very thorough and just a pleasure to work with. We feel very comfortable asking her questions. We value her opinion on issues. They all allow me to contact them with emergencies without complaints. We really enjoy having them as part of our team.
