Sarah Kosinski is a board certified Gerontologic Nurse Practitioner with Mid-Atlantic Long Term Care. She received her undergraduate associates degree in nursing from St Joseph’s College of Nursing in Syracuse, NY. While working full time as a Registered Nurse in a hospital medical-surgical unit, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing with specialty in Gerontology degrees from Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY.
Sarah is actively licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner through the Virginia Department of Health Professions and The Florida Department of Health. She also maintains her national board certification through American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Until recently, Sarah had resided locally in Virginia Beach with her husband. She has relocated to South Florida due to her husband’s military career. Despite this, she still continues to work for Mid-Atlantic Long Term Care remotely. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, traveling and cooking.
