We have serviced Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Livings, and Continuous Care Retirement Communities for over 20 years. We pride ourselves in providing a high quality of care to our residents and facilities. Our providers set their own schedules, and cover as many facilities and residents as they desire, as income is based on productivity.

The ideal candidate will have long-term care experience, however extensive clinical experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine or Hospital may be adequate for a motivated individual. For those with clinical experience, but no long-term care experience, we provide training regarding the regulatory and clinical model of long-term care. Click here to apply!
Qualifications:
Requires licensing in the State of Virginia. Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred).
- Experience collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using Electronic Medical Records systems.
- Must possess effective communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and facility staff
Pay Range: $90,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
