Elena is thrilled to join the MALTC team as the Director of Quality Assurance. She looks forward to working with facilities and providers in an effort to track data and improve resident outcomes.
Elena is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a Certified Dementia Practitioner with 12 years of diverse experience in post-acute care setting, including ALF, SNF and CCRC.
She believes in improving healthcare delivery models through collaboration, education, and person-centered approach.
