Heather Mitchell is very good. She reviews charts ahead of time and knows of residents before she gets here. She attends to their needs and talks to staff for observation. She is “well loved” by residents. She is very kind, listens, does not feel hurried and calls POA as needed. It’s a pleasure to work with a team of health care professionals who are consistent and knowledgeable of their residents. Thank you.
