We are so excited to share that MALTC’s very own Dr. Ravinderpal Gill has been recognized and awarded Women in Medicine 2021 Top Internist! This is great honor, and we are so proud of Dr. Gill.

A well-versed internist, Dr. Gill practices at MALTC in Norfolk, Virginia. Some of her areas of expertise include critical care medicine, geriatric medicine, hospital medicine, and wound care medicine. 

She is/was affiliated with different medical centers-Mary Washington Hospital, Piedmont Newnan Hospital, and Tanner Medical Center – Carrollton. 

Attending and graduating from medical school in 2006, Dr. Gill has over 15 years of diverse experience, especially in internal medicine. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in New York in 2011. She is finishing her Doctorate in Health Administration in 2022.

Specializing in the medical treatment of adults, she is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Physician Specialty (ABPS). The ABPS is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

Internal medicine is the medical specialty dealing with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. Physicians specializing in internal medicine are called internists. They manage and prevent common and complex diseases by providing comprehensive care and promoting overall well-being.”
